HIGHLIGHTS OF ASIA:
  • Immerse in the royal experience in Bangkok visiting the astonishing Grand Palace with its superb craftsmanship, and catch a glimpse of the rich historical significance in the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Phra Kaeo. 

  • Watch the sun peek out from behind Angkor Wat's iconic towers in Cambodia! It's a pretty special experience and well worth waking up at the crack of dawn for.

  • Snorkel with a whale shark in Donsol, near the Philippine city of Legazpi in south-east Luzon, which has the highest concentration of whale sharks anywhere. 

  • Explore Bali's considered art and cultural capital - Ubud. With its lush rice fields and calming rivers, even a casual stroll or meal may come with a lovely view of nature or architecture.

  • Get stranded on Malaysia's private island - Pangkor Laut, where endangered great hornbills and long-tailed macaques roam, and the odd metre-long monitor lizard bathes in the swimming pool!

BEST TIME TO VISIT:

Weather patterns vary widely in Asia. November to February is the most popular time of year to visit Laos and Thailand, with pleasant temperatures and little rainfall. July to September is peak holiday season in Bali, whilst January to March and June to September provide the lowest average rainfall in Malaysia. Spring and autumn are the best times to visit China, from March to May and September to early November.

CAMBODIA

At the heart of Southeast Asia, Cambodia’s natural beauty and stunning architecture make it a great country to visit. Siem Reap is the gateway to the wonders of Angkor Wat, where the magnificent temples are waiting to be explored. Head here early in the morning to watch the sun rise for a magical experience! Combine this area with Sihanoukville, the perfect place to relax on the white sand beaches, including the idyllic Koh Rong island.

CHINA

China is a captivating country that offers so much variety, with every province offering new sights and experiences. State-of-the-art developments lie beside historical landscapes, a perfect mix of innovation, culture and tradition. Visit the wonders of the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors, the vibrant cities of Beijing and Shanghai, the peaceful gardens, lush rice fields and giant pandas.

INDIA

With a fascinating culture, India has a variety of landscapes and a rich history ready to be explored! Head to Delhi and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the traditional Bazaar, trek through the snow-capped Himalayas, take a cruise down the sacred River Ganges or head south for Goa’s laid-back beaches. A great way to see the country is a tour of the Golden Triangle, and don’t miss sun rise at the Taj Mahal.

INDONESIA

With over 17,000 islands in Indonesia you’ll be spoilt for choice, and island-hopping is a great way to make the most of your time here. From lush rice fields and tropical jungles, to beautiful beaches, volcanoes and ancient temples. Lombok and the Gilis are prefect if you are looking for something a bit less developed, or head to Bali for vibrant nightlife, colourful coral reefs and luxury resorts.

JAPAN

Japan is a place like no other, from futuristic cities like Tokyo, to the beautiful mountains in the Japanese Alps and the Zen rock gardens of Kyoto. Take a glance into Japan’s rich heritage with the traditional geisha districts, shrines and ancient temples. Visit at the end of March or beginning of April to witness the glorious cherry blossom, or see the maple and ginkgo trees in oranges and golds in Autumn.

MALAYSIA

Home to a collision of cultures, teeming rainforests, sprawling cities and fringing islands, Malaysia rewards with a timeless sense of space and freedom! Here you can admire the interesting architecture of Malacca, visit the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, sunbathe on Langkawi, sample some local flavour with Nasi Kandar or enjoy trekking in Taman Negara National Park. Once you’re here, it’s hard to break away.

SINGAPORE

Every street you turn down offers something new in Singapore, from the authentic districts of Little India and Chinatown, to the beautiful beaches at Sentosa Island and the high-class shopping on Orchard Road. Sip on a Singapore Sling at the famous Raffles Hotel, taste satay at the Hawker Centres, take in the views from the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and spend an afternoon in the futuristic Gardens by the Bay.

  THAILAND

From the bustling streets and floating markets of Bangkok, to the legendary parties on Koh Phangan, Thailand offers relaxation, adventure and culture. Head south to the islands for pristine white beaches and sleepy islands, or head north for the misty mountains and hill tribes of Chang Mai. The country is easy to get around, so you can easily explore multiple destinations on your trip. Koh Mak and Koh Lanta are two of our favourite islands!

   VIETNAM

A great place to start your adventure is Vietnam’s capital Hanoi, gateway to the World Heritage Site of Halong Bay and home to atmospheric temples and a lively Old Quarter. Head to the sun-kissed south for dreamy beaches such as Phu Quoc Island and the bright lights of Ho Chi Minh City, or explore the amazing labyrinth of the Cu Chi Tunnels.
